With over 30 years experience, there's not much Kendrick Law Office (KLO) hasn't done. Including foreclosure, personal injury, insurance, criminal, family (divoce, custody, etc.), general litigation, commercial collections, and so on (you get the idea).
Specialties
During the economic bust in 2008, KLO's foreclosure and real estate work boomed (somewhat sad, but true). It eventually "took over" the office, leaving little time for other areas of law. At this point, the office focuses on the interests of real estate investors, homeowners' associations and condo owners' associations.
Mediation
Mr. Kendrick is certified by the Florida Supreme Court as a mediator for circuit civil, county civil, family, and dependency matters. He began mediating in 1995 and has proudly mediated more cases than he can count. Darryl is a big believer in, and promoter of, Alternative Dispute Resolution.
